We had our house renovated for three months we redid completely the kitchen and the two bathrooms upstairs. The granite for the counter tops and the vanities were furnished and installed by TNT Marble and Granite. The work and cut of the marble was flawless and very quick. The installers Josh and the other lad were fantastic courteous and did a great job. We had changes as we did another bathroom and decided to renovate it as well since we were in the process. TNT Marble had a piece of marble from one of our slabs and it was very inexpensive, but some of the best quality in workmanship and quality of the slabs I have seen and I shopped around. We had a scenario where the contractor had to move a plug so the back splashes in our main bath could not be installed. So when it came time to install the contractor misplaced the two back splashes. After having a few discussions with the contractor I called TNT and talked to an angel called Brenda (yes an angel) and they checked and they had some material to make the back splash, so I ordered it. Well I got an email from Brenda and she had put a rush on it and it would be ready in three days and it was free of charge. I have dealt with many reno and marble supply companies as I have moved frequently. TNT Marble are the best to date. When you call they are courteous and very quick to call back and so easy to deal with. My heart felt thanks goes out to Trista and Brenda and all the staff and a great big thank you for all the help thru the process. Would I recommend TNT Marble, One Hundred and Fifty percent

The whole process, from showroom to installation, was very professional. Starting with Trista in the showroom who was very helpful and walked us through the steps that would be involved. She was very professional and patient in answering our many questions. Jason came to measure for the template. There was a problem to be rectified and he immediately brought in a carpenter and the problem got resolved (no reno happens without hiccups). Jason worked around the other contractors in the house and met all of our dates. It ended with a beautiful final product.

When we were looking for a company to manufacture and install the granite in our kitchen, we had come across a few companies in the area and settled on TNT to do the work. We found the company to be very friendly and generous with providing information on their services. They had a professional looking and well equipped showroom and manufacturing facility. They were not the lowest price that we came across for the job, but we felt most confident that they would back up their work if future service would be required. We had some issues with our installation and TNT did what ever was necessary to correct those issues to our satisfaction. They totally back their work with courteous and efficient service, and we would highly recommend this company as we already have. We have been home owners for over 30 years and have had all sorts of companies working on our homes, and by far, TNT made the greatest impression on us.

My wife and I decided to replace the countertops in our kitchen and bathrooms and searched throughout Ottawa for the "best" granite installers at the "best" price. We obtained numerous quotes (including Costco), and with so many choices, and with companies promising the same things it was difficult for us to finally decide. However, we did narrow our choice between TNT and one other granite installer - based upon price and service. I was hesitant to select TNT because I could not find any reviews online - but in the end, chose them based upon their price, as well as the fantastic customer service from their employee (Trista) - as I asked her a ton of questions during the selection process, and she was always happy to answer them - with a smile. TNT were quick to template our kitchen and finalize our quote. We asked TNT to keep us informed and involved in the layout and cutting of the granite (as the granite had a distinctive pattern), and they were more than supportive to let us have the "final say" before they finalized everything. They promised to install our countertops within 10 days - and delivered in 8. The installation went smoothly, and exactly how we discussed. TNT's willingness to work with us at every step resulted in us getting exactly what we wanted (no surprises).
The experience with TNT was fabulous - they did not make me feel like a "number" or "just another job", and I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. If you are looking at granite countertops - go to TNT - you will not regret it!
